An accomplished Trainer, Retha is a recognised subject matter expert in Product Quality, Food Safety & Risk Assessment methodology specifically in the Packaging & Food Industry.

Mike Campbell
Mike has over 20 years’ experience in food technology and industrial engineering working with manufacturers of leading brands. Mike is globally experienced in food manufacturing factory design and material handling systems.
He is an internationally recognised expert in process development, factory optimisation, complexity reduction and continual improvement programs in parallel with the implementation of Food Safety, Environmental, Occupational Health & Safety and Quality Management Systems.
